LP · PSYPACT Certificate
Dr. Cornett holds a PSYPACT certificate, which authorizes her to provide psychological evaluations and services via telehealth to clients in over 40 participating states. This includes all states bordering Kentucky and most of the contiguous United States. PSYPACT is specifically designed to expand access to licensed psychologists across state lines without requiring separate licensure in each state.

Dr. Burns is dual-licensed as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor in Tennessee in addition to his Kentucky credentials. Tennessee residents can see Dr. Burns for therapy and counseling services via telehealth without needing to travel.
