Starting July 1, 2026, Nicola Allen, MSN, PMHNP-BC will begin seeing medication management clients at 503 Darby Creek Rd., Suite B in Lexington. Her appointments will be moving from 1040 Monarch St., Office 305 to the new location at the Darby Creek office.
What is changing
Beginning July 1, Nicola’s in-person medication management appointments will take place at 503 Darby Creek Rd., Suite B. The change is part of our continued growth at the Lexington office and helps keep medication management and evaluation services organized under the same clinical space.
What clients should know
- Please use 503 Darby Creek Rd., Suite B for any appointments scheduled with Nicola starting on July 1, 2026.
- If you have an upcoming appointment with Nicola, please review your reminder or contact our office if you have questions about the new location.
- Telehealth visits remain available for eligible clients, and the same scheduling process will continue for new and returning patients.
