Twilight Psychology gets a new Lexington office from May 4
Starting May 4, our clinicians will see clients at a new street-level Lexington office designed for testing, therapy, and medication management
Starting May 4, 2026, Twilight Psychology clinicians will begin seeing clients in a new, larger, and more convenient street-level office at:
503 Darby Creek Rd., Suite B
Lexington, KY 40509
This new space will replace our previous clinician office at 501 Darby Creek Rd., Suite 7. We are excited to move into a setting that is more conducive to psychological testing, therapy, and medication management.
What is changing
- Most clinician appointments that were previously held at 501 Darby Creek Rd., Suite 7 will now take place at 503 Darby Creek Rd., Suite B.
- The new office is at street level, making it easier and more convenient for many clients and families to access.
- The larger space gives us a better environment for evaluations, therapy sessions, and medication management visits.
Nicola Allen’s office update
Nicola Allen will continue seeing clients at 1040 Monarch Street, Lexington, 40513 through the end of June. Starting July 1, 2026, she will be based at 503 Darby Creek Rd., Suite B for medication management visits.

Why we made this move
As our practice grows, we want our office space to better accommodate all our staff in a single location. This new office gives us a more practical setup for:
- Psychological testing that benefits from a comfortable, dedicated environment
- Therapy sessions with added convenience for clients
- Medication management appointments in a more accessible office setting
