Effective July 1, 2026, Twilight Psychology will no longer be offering medical marijuana consultations or renewals.

This was not an easy decision. We want to sincerely thank the clients who trusted us with that care, and we understand that transitions like this can be disruptive.

What this means for current clients

If you are an existing medical marijuana patient who received a certification or renewal through our practice, your current certification remains valid through its expiration date. You will need to establish with a new authorized practitioner before your next renewal is due.

If you need help identifying other Kentucky providers authorized under the state’s medical marijuana program, please reach out to our office — we are happy to point you toward available resources.

Our other services continue unaffected

All of our other services remain available and fully operational:

  • Medication management — Nicola Allen, MSN, PMHNP-BC continues to accept new patients for psychiatric medication management with a short wait.
  • Psychological evaluations — comprehensive neuropsychological and psychoeducational assessments remain available across our clinician team.
  • Therapy — individual and couples therapy across multiple insurances and self-pay rates.

We remain committed to accessible, high-quality psychiatric and psychological care for our community in Kentucky.
