The cost of various services depends on the client's request, case complexity, insurance details, and clinician's expertise. To determine the approximate rate of your service, please call 859-687-5843 but confirm the price with your insurance provider. Clients are responsible for understanding their insurance and covered benefits.
Clients with Medicaid have $0 copays, $0 deductible, and $0 coinsurance amounts for services covered by Medicaid. Services not covered by insurance are billed at the following self-pay rates:
Psychological Evaluation Services
$1300 for ADHD Assessments
$1300 for Personality Disorder Assessments
$1300 for Autism Assessments
$1300 for full Psychological Evaluation (covers evaluation for Autism, ADHD, Personality Disorders)
$500 for Guardianship Evaluation (additional costs if additional testing or court appearance is needed)*
$1500 for Learning Disorder (Disability) Assessments*
$200 for Emotional Support Animal (ESA) Evaluations*
$150 per hour for supervision
$220 for intake session
$250 for psychological testing deposit (commercial insurances)
Psychotherapy Services
$200 for 60-minute psychotherapy session
$175 for 45-minute psychotherapy session
$200 per hour for other requests for Heather Cornett, Ph.D.
$125 per hour for other requests for Emeli Evans, M.S., Jonica Davis, M.S. , Stephen Shu, M.A., and Tiffany Roundtree, M.A.
Medication Management Services
$200 for intake session
$100 for follow-up sessions
$75 per hour for paperwork (e.g., FMLA)*
$200 per hour for other request for Nicola Allen, MSN, PMHNP-BC
Notarial Services
$12.50 per page
Additional charge for mobile services
* Emotional Support Animal Letters, Guardianship Evaluations, Learning Disorder Assessments (dyslexia, dysgraphia, dyscalculia, etc.), and paperwork (including notarial services) are self-pay only. Please see our FAQ.

Health Insurance

Commercial: Aetna, Optum, UnitedHealthCare (UHC), UMR, Tricare East, Humana, Cigna, and Ambetter.
Medicaid: Traditional Medicaid(KY), Humana Healthy Horizons, Passport by Molina, UnitedHealthCare Community Plan, and Aetna Better Health Kentucky. We do not accept WellCare of Kentucky Medicaid or Non-Kentucky Medicaids.
Medicare: Participating provider, and in-network with many supplement and advantage plans including Humana, Aetna, and UHC.
Out-of-Network (OON): A few plans also have Out-Of-Network benefits that reimburse a percentage of the costs (check your plan for specific details). We can provide you with a superbill after services are rendered to submit to insurance for reimbursement.
Note: Not all of our clinicians are paneled with the above mentioned insurances. Please call us for relevant billing CPT codes and your insurance provider for your coverage benefits. It is your responsibility to understand your insurance policy.

We accept credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express), FSA, HSA, and check.
Other modes of payment such as cash, CashApp, Zelle, Venmo are available on a case-by-case basis.

We offer payment plans in which the cost of testing can be split over 2-3 equal payments that are due 24 hours before the appointment.
An example payment plan for a $1300 testing battery may look as follows:
Intake session: $450
Testing session: $450
Feedback session: $400
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy
Intake or feedback sessions cancelled less than 24 hours in advance will incur the entire cost of the missed session (which is not covered by insurance). Testing sessions not cancelled within 72 hours will result in forfeiture of testing deposit.
