The cost of various services depends on the client's request, case complexity, insurance details, and clinician's expertise. To determine the exact rate of your service, please call 859-687-5843.
$1200 for ADHD Assessments
$1200 for Personality Disorder Assessments
$1200 for Autism Assessments
$1200 for full Psychological Evaluation
$1500 for Learning Disorder (Disability) Assessments*
$200 for Emotional Support Animal (ESA) Evaluations*
$150 per hour for supervision
$220 for intake session
$200 for 60-minute psychotherapy session
$175 for 45-minute psychotherapy session
$200 per hour for other requests for Heather Cornett, Ph.D.
$125 per hour for other requests for Emeli Evans, M.S.
* Emotional Support Animal Letters and Learning Disorder Assessments (dyslexia, dysgraphia, dyscalculia, etc.) are not covered by health insurance and are self-pay only. Please see our FAQ.

Commercial: Aetna, Optum, UnitedHealthCare (UHC), UMR, Tricare East, Humana, Cigna, CareSource.
Medicaid: Traditional Medicaid(KY), Humana Healthy Horizons, Passport by Molina, UnitedHealthCare Community Plan, and Aetna Better Health Kentucky. We do not accept WellCare of Kentucky Medicaid or Non-Kentucky Medicaids.
Medicare: Participating provider, and in-network with many supplement plans including Humana, and UHC.
Out-of-Network (OON): A few plans also have Out-Of-Network benefits that reimburse a percentage of the costs (check your plan for specific details). I can provide you with a superbill after services are rendered to submit to insurance for reimbursement.
Note: Not all of our clinicians are paneled with the above mentioned insurances. Please call us for relevant billing CPT codes and your insurance provider for your coverage benefits. It is your responsibility to understand your insurance policy.

We accept cashier check, credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express), FSA, and HSA.
Other modes of payment such as cash, CashApp, Zelle, Venmo are available on a case-by-case basis.

I offer payment plans in which the cost of testing can be split over 2-3 equal payments that are due 24 hours before the appointment.
An example payment plan for a $1200 testing battery may look as follows:
Intake session: $400
Testing session: $400
Feedback session: $400
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy
Intake or feedback sessions cancelled less than 24 hours in advance will incur the entire cost of the missed session (which is not covered by insurance). Testing cancelled less than 72 hours in advance will result in the loss of deposit.
